石油化工项目用电负荷具有生产规模大,总用电量大,用电负荷主要为中小型电动机,供电连续性、稳定性及可靠性要求高的特点。石油化工项目生产环境复杂,工艺流程特殊,用电量大,对供电可靠性、稳定性和连续性要求高。为了进一步了解石油化工项目供电设计的相关情况,本刊记者特约采访了中国昆仑工程公司电气专业总工程师范景昌,请他结合具体的项目案例及最新标准对石油化工项目供配电设计进行全面解读。
