房屋建筑与人们的日常生活息息相关。而房屋建筑质量的好坏又是房产项目投资成败的关键。房屋建筑工程施工质量的关键是管理问题。由于房屋建筑工程一般建设周期长、涉及的施工内容复杂,同时容易受到周围自然条件的影响,因此必须做好施工质量的管理,全面提高建筑质量。本文就房屋建筑工程施工质量的相关问题进行了探讨。
House construction and people’s daily lives are closely related. The quality of housing construction is the key to the success or failure of real estate investment. Housing construction construction quality is the key to management issues. Due to the long general construction period of housing construction projects and the complicated construction contents involved, as well as being easily affected by the surrounding natural conditions, it is necessary to manage the construction quality and improve the overall construction quality.
