凤尾菇(Pleurotus Sajor-Caju(Er)Sin-get)属担子菌纲、伞菌目、口蘑科、侧耳属的一种食用菌,系平菇的近缘种,因其形状象凤尾而得名。1980年我国从澳大利亚引进。在我省各市(地)试种后,基本是成功的,产量高、质量好、见效快。但也存在一些问题。经校内试验及外地调查,针对生产情况,提出培养凤尾菇的几个有关技术问题,供参考。一、创造与选择适宜的栽培场所影响凤尾菇的环境因子主要是温度、湿度、水分、气体、营养、pH 值和一定的光照条件。在发菌阶段(营养生长阶段)能保持20~27℃,出菇阶段(生殖生长阶段)能维持在15~20℃,又能保持所需湿度,非完全黑暗的空房、仓库、地下室、人防工程、菜窖或
