2004年北京的夏天异常闷热。然而炎热的天气并没有影响中国写作学会司法、行政文书研究会第十一届学术年会的如期召开。7月13日～16日,来自全国各地行政、司法系统以及高等校的代表齐聚北京昌平郊外的小人国酒店,对司法、行政文书改革以及如何推进文书写作教学与实践的结合等议题进行了充分、深入地讨论,广大代表畅所欲言,既为学会和学科业已取得的成绩感到欢欣鼓舞,同时也清醒地认识到当前司法、行政文书理论与实务方面存在的问题,对如何解决这些问题广泛深入地交换了意见。会议结束时,代表们在自由、平和的气氛中选出了以中国
