目的:研究丹参栽培地轮作期间土壤酶的活性变化特征。方法:采用比色法和滴定法测定土壤酶活性,酸度计测定土壤pH值,数据采用stata统计软件分析。结果:在轮作期间十种土壤酶活性的变化趋势不同,荧光素二乙酸酯(FDA)水解酶、蔗糖酶、酸性磷酸酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶和多酚氧化酶的活性都有降低的趋势,芳基硫酸酯酶和碱性磷酸酶是先降低后升高,脱氢酶活性先升高后降低,脲酶和过氧化氢酶的活性呈上升趋势;聚类分析结果表明,轮作期间丹参土壤类型可以划分为2个类群;通过主成分分析得到了丹参种植地土壤酶的综合评价模型。
Objective: To study the characteristics of soil enzyme activities during the rotation of Salvia miltiorrhiza cultivated land. Methods: Soil enzyme activity was determined by colorimetric method and titration method. PH value was measured by pH meter. The data were analyzed by stata statistical software. Results: The ten soil enzyme activities tended to change during rotation, and the activities of enzyme hydrolase, sucrase, acid phosphatase, β-glucosidase and polyphenol oxidase decreased The trend was that aryl sulfatase and alkaline phosphatase firstly decreased and then increased, the activity of dehydrogenase firstly increased and then decreased, while the activity of urease and catalase showed an upward trend. The results of cluster analysis showed that Salvia miltiorrhiza The soil types can be divided into two groups. The comprehensive evaluation model of soil enzymes in Salvia miltiorrhiza plantation was obtained by principal component analysis.
