以组织相容性好、物理性能稳定的生物材料制成神经再生室来研究周围神经再生的规律,发现再生室是神经再生时神经趋化神经营养及接触引导的场所,神经再生具有特异性,表现为组织特异性、神经束特异性及功能特异性。通过对再生室内活性成份的采集分析,认识到再生室内存在的神经营养因子等微环境是影响神经再生规律的根本要素。再生室内的微环境可以改变或模拟,籍以研究如何促进神经再生,这对神经缺损再生的研究无疑具有很高价值。
In order to study the regularity of peripheral nerve regeneration by making nerve regeneration chamber with biomaterials with good tissue compatibility and stable physical properties, it is found that regenerative chamber is a neurotrophic neurotrophic and contact guidance site for nerve regeneration, which has the characteristics of specificity, Tissue-specific performance, nerve bundle specificity and functional specificity.
