目的探讨空腹血糖受损人群(IFG)C反应蛋白表达及其意义。方法对中国医科大学附属第一医院2005-03~09期间就诊病人行口服葡萄糖75g耐量试验(OGTT)分析,以诊断IFG28例(男16例、女12例)为观察组,IFG正常者30例为对照组(男17例、女13例)。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清C反应蛋白(CRP)表达。结果(1)IFG者血清CRP表达明显高于正常者,并且差异有显著性(P<0.01)。(2)血清CRP表达与空腹血糖(FPG)(r=0.56,P<0.01)、OGTT糖负荷后血糖(2hPBG)(r=0.66,P<0.01)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)(r=0.37,P<0.05)、甘油三酯(TG)(r=0.29,P<0.05)、稳态模型分析法(HOMA)-IR(r=0.38,P<0.05)呈正相关,与高密度脂蛋白(HDL)(r=-0.24,P<0.05)呈负相关,与体重指数(BMI)、胆固醇(TC)等指标的相关性不显著。结论IFG人群已出现炎症表现。CRP在2型糖尿病和动脉粥样硬化的发生发展中起着重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of C-reactive protein in impaired fasting glucose (IFG) and its significance. Methods OGTT was performed on the patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University between March 2005 and September 09. Twenty-eight patients (16 males and 12 females) were diagnosed as IFG and 30 normal IFG patients For the control group (17 males and 13 females). Serum C-reactive protein (CRP) expression was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results (1) The expression of CRP in IFG was significantly higher than that in normal controls (P <0.01). (2) Serum levels of CRP were positively correlated with fasting blood glucose (FPG), blood glucose (2hPBG), glucose and hemoglobin (HbA1c) (r = 0.36, (R = 0.29, P <0.05), HOMA-IR (r = 0.38, P <0.05) and high density lipoprotein ) (r = -0.24, P <0.05), but not with the body mass index (BMI), cholesterol (TC) and other indicators. Conclusion The IFG population has experienced inflammation. CRP plays an important role in the development of type 2 diabetes and atherosclerosis.
