随着经济的发展和社会的进步,人才竞争日趋激烈,高中思想政治教学中的人才培养问题已经成为迫在眉睫需要解决的问题。受传统教学思想的影响,学生缺乏自主思考能力,思维固化,所以高中思想政治教学也应该顺应时代发展的潮流,将发散思维的渗透和培养作为高中思想政治教学的重点,引导学生从多角度去思考问题,解决问题,培养学生的发散思维,从而为社会培养更多高质量的优秀人才。
