我国资源型企业国际化经营存在风险辨识、国际化路径和国际化阶段“三维”理论框架。从风险辨识角度来看,需要分析国际化风险体系的构成,并在此基础上构建国际化风险的防范体系。在不同的国际化经营阶段,需选择合适的对策与手段,从而推动我国资源型企业的跨国经营与发展。
The international operation of resource-based enterprises in our country is characterized by risk identification, internationalization and internationalization stage. From the perspective of risk identification, it is necessary to analyze the composition of the internationalized risk system and to build an international risk prevention system based on this. In different stages of international operation, we must select the appropriate measures and means to promote the transnational operation and development of resource-based enterprises in our country.
