通过对某钢厂的 9辊中板矫直机进行变辊距技术的优化研究 ,总矫直力和各辊矫直力的分布较原定辊距方式有较大幅度改善。这种研究方法对一般矫直机的设计和改造也有一定的指导意义
Through the optimization research of the variable roll distance technology of 9-roll medium-plate straightening machine of a steel mill, the distribution of total straightening force and straightening force of each roll is greatly improved compared with the original roll distance method. This method of research on the general straightening machine design and transformation also have some guiding significance
