人物介绍:史志诚,1941年出生于陕西榆林,1958年参加工作。作为学者、专家,他是西北农林科技大学博士生导师,曾担任中国农学会副会长和中国畜牧兽医学会、中国毒理学会副理事长,以及农业部科技委委员;作为领导干部,他先后担任过陕西省畜牧厅畜牧兽医总站副科长、省农牧厅畜牧局副局长、省农业广播学校校长、省饲料工业办公室主任,陕西省农业厅副厅长、厅长,省人大常委、农业与农村工作委员会副主任等。
