如何解释和预测人们的心理状态与行为始终是民众心理学的主要任务。近年来,民众心理学的主流理论受到了现当代心灵哲学家的强烈批评,这些批评者的核心结论是,民众心理学存在着虚幻性。理由主要包括三个方面:民众心理学的支持者错误地解释了最重要的命题态度“信念”的真实内涵;人们的心理能力具有多样性的特征,心理语言描述存在着巨大的局限性;民众心理学在解释心理状态和行为方面的作用是有限的。
How to explain and predict people’s mental state and behavior has always been the main task of popular psychology. In recent years, the mainstream theory of popular psychology has been strongly criticized by contemporary psycho-philosophers. The core conclusion of these critics is that there exists illusionality in popular psychology. The reasons mainly include three aspects: Proponents of popular psychology misinterpreted the most important propositional attitude, the true connotation of “belief”; people’s psychological ability has the characteristics of diversity, and the description of psychological language has huge limitations The role of popular psychology in explaining psychological status and behavior is limited.
