东北电管局1990年完成发电量764.14亿 kW·h。其中,水电完成76亿 kW·h,比计划多发22亿 kW·h,节煤80万 t,比1989年增长72%。由于加强了水电调频工作,提高了电网的电能质量。全年周波合格率达99.87%,比1989年提高23.99%;水电起到事故备用作用。承担了电网的主调峰作务。当前,东北电网水、火电结构很不合理,所以,加快水电开发迫在眉睫,必须做好以下工作:1.深化改革,给予水电建设和管理以优惠政策;2.加强现有水电站的管理工作,使其在电网中充分发挥作用;3.加强水电队伍及生产运行队伍的建设。总之,要通过多种有效措施,加快水电建设,调整改革电网结构,为发展国民经济做出贡献。
