安徽沿江近海,交通便捷,资源丰富,文化灿烂。安徽人有着敢为天下先的勇气,凤阳小岗村农民“大包干”开启了中国农村改革的序幕;新世纪新阶段,江淮儿女有志于在中部崛起中奋力争先。翘首东望,是发达的沿海地区;瞩目西部,发展普遍提速。形势逼人,不进则退。省委、省政府及时提出“抢抓机遇、乘势而上、奋力崛起”的总体思路,得到了全省人民的热烈响应。为此,本刊组织有关领导、专家撰文,进一步分析我省奋力崛起面临的宝贵机遇和可乘之势,研讨奋力崛起的着力点,以期对各地的工作有所帮助。
