小梁切开术是治疗先天性青光眼较为理想的方法,我国1994年以后才有少量报告。作者对2例3只先天性青光眼施行了该项手术,初步观察收到良好效果,眼压从平均7.85 ±0.40kPa 降至2.79±0.93kPa。
Trabeculectomy is the ideal method of treatment of congenital glaucoma, our country after 1994, only a small amount of reports. The authors performed the procedure in 2 patients with 3 congenital glaucoma. The initial observation showed good results, and the IOP decreased from 7.85 ± 0.40 kPa to 2.79 ± 0.93 kPa.
