3月1日起,《国内水路运输管理规定》、《国内水路运输辅助业管理规定》(以下简称“两个《规定》”)正式施行,两个《规定》分别对2013年1月1日起施行的《国内水路运输管理条例》(简称“新水条”)涉及的相关要求作出了必要的细化规定,是贯彻实施新水条的重要配套制度。
