民族传统体育具有独特的文化特色,对现代体育的发展具有重要的指导和促进作用,对其文化价值进行研究,促进其可持续发展,对民族体育文化的多样性和多元化发展意义重大。在开发的过程中,必须注意民族传统体育文化的价值及其发展性和适应性,注重可持续发展策略的可行性。本文从民族传统体育的文化内涵、文化特征和价值回归三方面出发,对如何促进民族传统体育的可持续发展进行了分析。
