目的探讨妊娠糖尿病孕妇糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)及生物物理相评分(BPS)、脐动脉血流S/D值与围产儿预后的关系。方法采用生化及影像学对120例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇产前糖化血红蛋白、生物物理相评分及脐动脉血流S/D值的监测,并分析结果。结果糖化血红蛋白、生物物理相评分和脐动脉血流S/D值与妊娠糖尿病围产儿预后有相关性,其中糖化血红蛋白与其相关性明显。结论糖化血红蛋白与生物物理相评分、脐动脉S/D值联合监测手段可提高糖尿病孕妇宫内胎儿窘迫的诊断率,糖化血红蛋白的监测具有一定的敏感性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between hemoglobin A1c (HbAlc) and biophysical score (BPS), umbilical artery blood flow S / D and prognosis of perinatal women in gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Biochemistry and imaging were used to monitor prenatal glycosylated hemoglobin, biophysical scores and S / D of umbilical artery blood flow in 120 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. The results were analyzed. Results Glycosylated hemoglobin, biophysical scores and umbilical artery blood flow S / D values were correlated with the prognosis of gestational diabetes mellitus. The correlation between HbA1c and HbA1c was significant. Conclusions The combination of HbA1c and biophysical score and S / D monitoring of umbilical artery can improve the diagnostic rate of intrauterine fetal distress in diabetic pregnant women and the sensitivity of HbA1c monitoring.
