随着国家交通基础建设的推进以及国家公路建设措施的发展和完善,高速公路建设也得到了快速发展。由于高速公路建设具有投资额巨大,建设周期长,建设过程复杂等特点,各地高速公路建设过程中资金的使用还存在了许多问题。本文对我国高速公路建设资金管理的现状和存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相对的应对措施。
With the promotion of national transportation infrastructure and the development and improvement of national highway construction measures, the construction of expressways has also been rapidly developed. Due to the huge amount of investment, long construction period and complicated construction process of expressway construction, there are still many problems in the use of funds in the expressway construction around the country. This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of highway construction funds management in our country and puts forward relative countermeasures.
