在中职院校中,人力资源管理是一门刚刚设立的专业学科,对于学生的培养方法和策略还没有一个完善的教学模式,所以在实践教学中出现了许多问题。本文从加强中职院校人力资源管理专业实践教学的必要性为切入点,对我国中职院校的人力资源管理专业实践教学存在的问题进行了分析,并且提出了解决这些问题的方法,以便加强我国中职院校人力资源管理专业的实践教学水平,培养出真正符合我国企业要求的人才。
In vocational colleges, human resource management is a newly established specialty, and there is not a perfect teaching mode for students’ cultivation methods and strategies. So many problems have appeared in practice teaching. This paper analyzes the problems existing in practical teaching of human resource management major in secondary vocational colleges from the necessity of strengthening practical teaching of human resource management major in vocational colleges and puts forward some solutions to these problems so that Strengthen the practical teaching level of human resource management major in secondary vocational schools in our country, and cultivate the talents who truly meet the requirements of our country’s enterprises.
