我厂余宽福老师傅在技术革命中提出用多刀宽刃精刨床身的建议。这一建议得到厂党委的大力支持和同志们的热情帮助,经过一个月左右的苦战,终于试验成功。现把我们实际使用的情况向大家作一介绍。一、多刀精刨刀具的构造 1.刀夹材料和构造(如附图):刀夹材料用Ⅲ号铸铁,镶刀片的地方刨出-15°的前角,使刀夹在切削力的作用下产生弹性变形,这样刀具就不会在切削中嵌入工件。刀夹用4个螺钉紧固在刀架上,两旁高出的肩格跟刀架两旁采用滑配(?)
