改革开放以来,市场经济蓬勃发展,竞争日趋激烈,医院改革势在必行。医院政治思想工作既要坚持历史的优良传统,更要与时俱进,适应新时代的发展。政工干部在医院干部队伍中的地位是相当重要的,不但要具备良好的政治修养和良好的业务水平,还要有优良的道德品质和健康的身心素质。政工干部的思想政治工作是搞好医院建设和做好其它各项工作的前提,新经济形势下的医院思想政治工作面临诸多新情况和复杂的问题。政工干部作为思想政治教育的组织发起者,必须要完成传道授业的神圣使命。其作用是相当关键的,必须加大政工干部素质的培养。就目前医院政工人员的基本素质来看,与新时代的要求还存在一定的偏差。
Since the reform and opening up, the market economy has been booming and the competition is getting fiercer. Hospital reform is imperative. The ideological and political work of the hospital should not only uphold the fine tradition of history, but also advance with the times and adapt to the development of the new era. The position of political cadres in hospital cadres ranks very important, not only must have good political accomplishments and good business standards, but also have excellent moral character and healthy physical and mental qualities. The ideological and political work of political cadres is a prerequisite for doing a good job of building a hospital and doing a good job of other tasks. Under the new economic situation, the hospital’s ideological and political work faces many new and complex issues. As the organizer of ideological and political education, political cadres must complete the sacred mission of preaching and teaching. Its role is quite crucial. We must increase the quality of political cadres. At present, the basic quality of the hospital’s political workers shows that there is still some deviation from the requirements of the new era.
