目的观察十一味参芪胶囊治疗老年性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将人选的60例老年肺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予阿奇霉素0.5g静脉滴注及对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用十一味参芪胶囊治疗,两组疗程均为一周,一周后观察临床主要症状、体征和肺部炎性反应吸收情况。结果治疗组总有效率为76.7%(23/30),对照组总有效率为50.0%(15/30),两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论十一味参芪胶囊可以作为老年人肺炎的佐治药物。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of eleven flavor and shenqi capsule on senile pneumonia. Methods 60 elderly patients with pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given azithromycin 0.5g intravenous infusion and symptomatic treatment. The treatment group was treated with eleven flavor and shenqi capsule on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated for one week. One week later, the main clinical symptoms, signs and pulmonary inflammation were observed Absorption of sexual response. Results The total effective rate was 76.7% (23/30) in the treatment group and 50.0% (15/30) in the control group. The total effective rate was significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Eleven flavor Senate Capsule can be used as a geriatric pneumonia adjuvant drugs.
