本文通过对巴彦淖尔市骨干教师培训工作的调查,分析了巴市骨干教师培训工作的现状以及存在的问题,提出了提高巴彦淖尔市骨干教师培训工作水平的相关建议。
Based on the investigation of key teachers training in Bayannur, this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the training of key teachers in Ba county, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the training of key teachers in Bayannur.
