改革开放以来,中国的乡镇企业异军突起,仅用了十几年便创造出与国民经济的产业结构雷同的“第二国民经济体系”,即作者所称的“乡村里的都市工业”。本文探讨了乡镇企业发展如此迅速的原因,在天然的土地社会保障、家庭伦理与组织成本、廉价劳力和创业精神、成本外部化与送礼“艺术”、法人社会等问题的剖析中,以独到的视角阐释了人们普遍关注的诸如“离土不离乡”、血缘关系在乡镇企业中的地位与作用等问题,读来令人耳目一新。
Since the reform and opening up, the township and village enterprises in China have been on the rise for quite a while. In just a dozen years, they have created a “second national economy” similar to the industrial structure of the national economy, what the author calls “urban industries in the countryside.” This article explores the reasons for the rapid development of township and village enterprises. In the analysis of natural land social security, family ethics and organizational costs, cheap labor and entrepreneurship, cost externalization and gift giving art, and corporate social issues, From the perspective of people’s attention, it is refreshing to read that people are generally concerned about the status and role of blood ties in township and village enterprises.
