目的:分析比较不同寄主植物对桑寄生挥发性成分的影响。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取两种不同寄主桑寄生及其寄主植物的挥发性成分,利用GC-MS联用技术分析各挥发性成分的组成及相对含量。结果:桑寄生与其寄主挥发性成分存在着在一定的同一性;不同寄主的桑寄生挥发性成分有一定的差异性。结论:寄主植物对桑寄生的挥发性成分有明显影响。
Objective: To analyze and compare the effects of different host plants on the volatile components of parasitism. Methods: The volatile components of two different host parasitic plants and their host plants were extracted by steam distillation. The composition and relative content of the volatile components were analyzed by GC-MS. Results: There was a certain identity between the parasitism of the parasitoid parasitoid and its host. Conclusion: The host plants have a significant impact on the volatile components of parasiticus.
