目的制定麻醉苏醒室护士核心能力指标,为合理选拔、培养与任用相关医护工作者提供依据。方法运用德尔菲法,选取19位医学专家实行咨询,进而得出麻醉苏醒室护士核心能力指标系数。结果制定了一个由三个一级指标、十四个二级指标、五十一条评价准则构建的指标系统。结论选取的专家都具有较高的热情与权威,其产生的观点整体较统一;制定出的麻醉苏醒室护士核心能力指标,能够起到培育护士能力的目的,为合理选拔、培养与任用相关医护工作者提供依据。
Objective To establish the index of core competence of nurses in anesthesia rehabilitative room and provide basis for selecting, training and appointing medical workers appropriately. Methods By Delphi method, 19 medical experts were selected for consultation, and then the index of core competence of anesthesia rehab nurse was obtained. Results A system of indicators constructed by three first-level indicators, fourteen second-level indicators and fifty-one evaluation criteria was developed. Conclusion The experts selected have high enthusiasm and authority, and the opinions they produce are more uniform. The developed core indicators of nurses in anesthesia rehabilitative nurses can be used to nurture the ability of nurses.
