随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和发展,医院将置身于市场经济的大环境中,必然受到市场经济所固有的价值规律、供求规律和竞争规律等方面的影响和制约,这对在计划经济条件下形成的医院管理模式是严峻的挑战,也是当前医院急需解决的重大课题。因此,我们必须认清形势,强化医院内部管理,深化改革,引入市场经济运行机制,适应市场经济的需要,才能在激烈的医疗市场竞争中立于不败之地。 1 医院面临的困惑 1.1 运行机制不畅。目前医院内部运行机制不畅,人事制度和分配制度改革明显滞后,依然存在着平均主义现象,缺乏竞争激励机制,挫伤了广大职工的积极性和创造性,影响了医院的建设和发展。

Therefore, we must clearly understand the situation, strengthen hospital internal management, deepen reforms, and introduce market economy operating mechanisms to meet the needs of the market economy so that we can remain invincible in the fierce competition in the medical market. 1 Confusion for hospitals 1.1 The operating mechanism is not good. At present, the internal operating mechanism of the hospital is not smooth, the reform of the personnel system and the distribution system is lagging behind, there is still the phenomenon of egalitarianism, the lack of a competitive incentive mechanism, which has dampened the enthusiasm and creativity of the majority of employees, and has affected the construction and development of hospitals.
