本文从遗传毒理学角度观察了洋金花总碱对离体中国仓鼠肺成纤维细胞(Wg3-h)细胞株姐妹染色单体互换率(SCE)、染色体畸变率(CA)和活体内小白鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核率的影响,比较了银屑病患者接受治疗前后淋巴细胞SGE的变化,结果表明它对细胞核内物质有损伤作用。用新疆产欧曼陀罗(Datura Stra-monium L)花,以离子交换树脂提取法提得洋金花总碱。经光谱鉴定证明,其中东莨菪碱与莨菪碱大致各占一半。 把培养一定时间的Wg3-h经洋金花总碱1、5、10、50、80μg/ml 5个不同剂量组处理后,继续培养直到收获。观察它对SGE、CA的影响。结果表明,未加S9mix的条件下,各剂量组诱发的
In this paper, we observed the sister chromatid exchange rate (SCE), chromosome aberration rate (CA), and in vivo in vivo of total alkaloids from D.jinjin on isolated Chinese hamster lung fibroblast (Wg3-h) cell lines from the perspective of genetic toxicology. The influence of the micronucleus rate of polychromatic erythrocytes in the murine bone marrow was compared, and the changes of lymphocyte SGE before and after treatment in patients with psoriasis were compared. The results showed that it had a damaging effect on the nuclear material. Datura Stra-monium L flower from Xinjiang was used to extract total alkali of Datura Stramonium L. by ion exchange resin extraction. Spectral identification showed that scopolamine and scopolamine accounted for about half of the total. The Wg3-h cultured for a certain period of time was treated with five different dose groups of 1, 5, 10, 50, and 80 μg/ml of Flos dactyloside, and the culture was continued until harvested. Observe its effect on SGE and CA. The results showed that under the condition of not adding S9mix, each dose group induced
