开展城区雨洪利用,是有效解决北京城区市政管网和河湖水体防洪压力与水资源短缺矛盾的重要途径。介绍了雨洪利用中采用的主要工程措施及相关技术要求。
Carrying out rain and flood utilization in urban areas is an important way to effectively solve the contradiction between the urban pipe network in Beijing and the pressure on flood control in rivers and lakes and water resources. The main engineering measures and related technical requirements used in the rain and flood were introduced.
