通过七种生理生化方法测定1995和1996年不同成熟时期收获的Fawn和Safari高羊茅种子活力。试验结果表明,加速老化和ATP含量法是测定高羊茅种子活力的较好方法,电导率、发芽指数和活力指数测定应以完全成熟的种子为宜,而温室出苗率和千粒重的测定效果不佳。
Seed vigor of Fawn and Safari tall fescue harvested at different maturation stages in 1995 and 1996 was determined by seven physiological and biochemical methods. The results showed that accelerated aging and ATP content method is a better method to determine the vigor of tall fescue seeds. The measurement of electrical conductivity, germination index and vigor index should be based on fully mature seeds, but the determination of seedling emergence rate and thousand-kernel weight in greenhouse is not effective good.
