目的分析生物因子碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)和α-干扰素栓(奥平)治疗慢性宫颈炎(宫颈糜烂)的疗效。方法217例慢性宫颈炎患者分成采用bFGF治疗的A组,α-干扰素栓治疗的B组,按照宫颈糜烂的I、II、III级和单纯型、颗粒型、乳头型观察两组的治疗效果。结果两组在I、II、III级和单纯型,颗粒型宫颈糜烂的治疗中无显著差异(P>0.05),但bFGF治疗的有效率均高于α-干扰素栓组。在乳头型宫颈糜烂的治疗中,B组疗效优于A组,P<0.01。结论慢性宫颈炎多由细菌,衣原体、支原体、病毒感染的急性宫颈炎转变而来,bFGF通过在损伤组织形成新生血管传递氧、营养、免疫因子、抗菌、抗炎、修复创面,达到治疗慢性宫颈炎中宫颈磨烂的效果。而α-干扰素栓,通过抗病毒,免疫调节的作用治疗宫颈糜烂,我们的研究表明,这两种生物因子治疗慢性宫颈炎均有比较理想的效果。
Objective To analyze the curative effects of bFGF and α-interferon suppository on the treatment of chronic cervicitis (cervical erosion). Methods A total of 217 patients with chronic cervicitis were divided into two groups: group A treated with bFGF and group B treated with a-interferon suppository. The therapeutic effects were observed according to I, II, III and simple, granular and papillary cervical erosions . Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of type I, II, III and simple type, granular type of cervical erosion (P> 0.05), but the effective rate of bFGF treatment was higher than that of the group of interferon-alpha. In the treatment of papillary cervical erosion, the efficacy of group B was better than that of group A (P <0.01). Conclusion Chronic cervicitis is mostly caused by bacteria, chlamydia, mycoplasma and viral infection of acute cervicitis. BFGF transforms oxygen, nutrition, immune factors, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and repairing wounds in the neovascularization of injured tissues to achieve the treatment of chronic cervix Cervical inflammation of the rotten effect. The α-interferon suppository, through the antiviral and immunomodulatory effects of treatment of cervical erosion, our research shows that these two biological factors are more ideal for the treatment of chronic cervicitis.
