目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)重建技术在急性输尿管小结石诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2012-07~2013-11间我院就诊的74例急性输尿管小结石患者,对所有患者进行超声检查、泌尿系统X线平片及CT检查,分析结果。结果:与超声及泌尿系统X线平片检查相比,CT扫描具有更高的检出率,差异均有统计学意义,分别(χ2=72.86,P<0.05)和(χ2=62.28,P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT多平面(MPR)及曲面重建技术(CMP)能清晰显示急性输尿管小结石的病变部位、周围组织并提供多方位图像,提高了诊断的灵敏度和准确性,适合临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) reconstruction in the diagnosis of small ureteral calculi. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 74 patients with acute ureteral calculi treated in our hospital between July 2012 and November 2013 was performed. All patients underwent ultrasonography, X-ray and CT examination of urinary system, and the results were analyzed. Results: Compared with the ultrasound and urography, the CT scan showed a higher detection rate, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 72.86, P <0.05) and (χ2 = 62.28, P < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Multi-slice spiral CT (MPR) and surface reconstruction (CMP) can clearly show the lesion, the surrounding tissues and provide multi-orientation images of acute ureteral calculi, which improves the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy and is suitable for clinical application .
