目的:探讨婴幼儿重症肺炎测定免疫球蛋白和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的临床价值。方法:选取临床确诊的婴幼儿重症肺炎(观察组)47例及健康体检婴幼儿(对照组)39例,分别测定其血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM和补体C3、C4,以及IL-6水平,并对测定数据进行对比分析。结果:观察组IgA为(1.86±0.51)g/L、IgM为(1.31±0.67)g/L,非常显著高于对照组的(0.97±0.42)g/L和(0.77±0.43)g/L(P<0.01);观察组C3为(0.61±0.11)g/L、C4为(0.47±0.21)g/L,显著低于对照组的(0.91±0.23)g/L和(0.63±0.17)g/L(P<0.05);观察组IL-6水平为(187.96±33.26)pg/ml,非常显著高于对照组的(104.03±41.56)pg/ml(P<0.01)。结论:免疫球蛋白和IL-6测定对婴幼儿重症肺炎有重要临床价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of determination of immunoglobulin and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in severe pneumonia in infants and children. Methods: Forty-seven cases of infantile severe pneumonia (observation group) and 39 healthy infants (control group) were enrolled in the study. Serum immunoglobulin IgA, IgG, IgM, complement C3, C4 and IL- Level, and comparative analysis of the measured data. Results: The IgA in the observation group was (1.86 ± 0.51) g / L and (1.31 ± 0.67) g / L, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (0.97 ± 0.42 g / L and 0.77 ± 0.43 g / L (0.91 ± 0.23) g / L and (0.63 ± 0.17) times of the control group (P <0.01) (P <0.05). The level of IL-6 in the observation group was (187.96 ± 33.26) pg / ml, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (104.03 ± 41.56) pg / ml. Conclusion: The determination of immunoglobulin and IL-6 has important clinical value in infants with severe pneumonia.
