在利用压电片能阱现象设计的各种滤波器中,2-电极对单汽滤片器是最基本的。本文提出了这种滤波器的一种新设计方法——把镜象参数法运用于分布参数(包括电极部分)等效电路的设计方法。本文详细研究了设计参数和滤波器性能之间的关系。在二重模滤波器结构的传统设计法中,人们使对称模的反谐振频率和斜对称模的谐振频率相同。如果把这种方法用于高机电耦合压电汽的滤片器中去,那末制得的滤波器对称性差,而且高频侧的阻带衰减很低。这种情况和能阱模反谐振频的工作状态有关。通过利用附加电容和使通带位于两个谐振频率之间的办法可以解决上述问题。文中给出了设计曲线、设计例子和实验数据,这些实验数据证明了这两种方法都是行之有效的。
Among the various filters designed with the piezo trap phenomenon, 2-electrodes are the most basic to a single filter. In this paper, a new design method of this kind of filter is proposed - the method of applying the image parameter method to the equivalent circuit of distributed parameters (including the electrode part). This paper examines in detail the relationship between design parameters and filter performance. In the traditional design method of the dual-mode filter structure, the anti-resonant frequency of the symmetric mode and the resonant frequency of the diagonal symmetric mode are the same. If this method is used in electromechanical-coupled piezoelectric vapor filters, the resulting filter has poor symmetry and low attenuation at the high frequency side. This situation is related to the working state of trap mode anti-resonance frequency. The above problem can be solved by using additional capacitance and placing the pass band between two resonant frequencies. The design curves, design examples and experimental data are given in this paper. These experimental data prove that both methods are effective.
