我们经常会听到家长们以下的这些说法: “越贵的东西越有营养”、“我们孩子的营养没问题,顿顿吃肉”、“我们家不富裕,哪有那么多钱补营养”等。从这些议论中,从目前家长每日膳食的安排中,不难看出,家长在儿童合理营养知识和方法方面,还存在着较多的误区。那么,孩子究竟需要哪些营养呢?怎样才能使孩子得到足够的营养呢?
We often hear the following statements from parents: “The more nutritious the more expensive things are,” “the nutrition of our children is fine, the meat of Dundee is eaten.” “Our family is not rich and there is so much money to supplement nutrition” Wait. From these discussions, from the current daily meal arrangements for parents, it is not difficult to see that there are still many misunderstandings in terms of knowledge and methods for children’s rational nutrition. So what exactly does the child need? How can the child get enough nutrition?
