近期上海市国资委密集发布了与国企改革相关的文件或通知,推动了国资整合的进程;各企业集团的企业改革发展三年行动规划也已基本上报完毕,即将进入实施阶段。上海国资整合正在加速,资本市场将面临历史性机遇。
In recent days, Shanghai SASAC intensively released documents or notices related to the reform of state-owned enterprises and promoted the integration of state-owned assets. The three-year plan of action for enterprise reform and development of various enterprise groups has also been basically completed and is about to enter the implementation phase. The consolidation of state-owned assets in Shanghai is accelerating and the capital market will face historic opportunities.
