随着我们科技不断进步,企业不断发展,环境污染问题和环境侵害问题越来越严重,环境污染已经带来了很多环境侵权问题,保护环境成了我们要面临的首要问题,我国对于环境侵害问题也有专门的法律法规来规范。在实践活动中我们的环境责任体系包括了民事、行政、刑事环境责任体系。本文通过对环境污染和环境侵害等问题,引起的民事责任进行探讨,并提出了当前环境污染所面临的问题和完善制度。
