[目的]综合分析铅对雄性大鼠睾丸重量的影响。[方法]应用Meta回归方法对12个研究方法相同有关铅对雄性生殖功能影响的病例对照研究进行综合分析。计算控制年龄、体重的影响后的合并效应值,并进行异质性检验及偏倚分析。[结果]单纯随机效应模型显示铅暴露后雄性大鼠睾丸重量平均降低量(d)为0.047g(95%CI:0.0044~0.0890,P﹤0.05),未成年组大鼠暴露后睾丸重量降低0.06g,大于性成熟组的0.025g(P=0.027),随着体重增加,大鼠睾丸重量受铅暴露影响越来越小(b=-0.0004,P=0.024)。与单纯随机效应模型相比,控制了年龄、体重的影响后Meta分析研究间变异逐渐减少。[结论]运用Meta回归方法控制了年龄和体重影响后,铅可导致雄性大鼠睾丸重量降低,影响雄性生殖功能。
[Objective] To comprehensively analyze the effect of lead on testicular weight in male rats. [Methods] Meta-regression methods were used to analyze the same 12 case-control studies on the impact of lead on male reproductive function. Calculate the combined effect of age and weight control, and heterogeneity test and bias analysis. [Results] The simple random effects model showed that the average weight loss of testis in male rats after lead exposure was 0.047g (95% CI: 0.0044 ~ 0.0890, P <0.05), and the weight of testis decreased 0.06 g, 0.025g (P = 0.027) greater than that of the mature group. With the increase of body weight, the testicular weight of rats was less and less affected by lead exposure (b = -0.0004, P = 0.024). Compared with the simple random effects model, the variation of Meta analysis decreased gradually after controlling for the effect of age and weight. [Conclusion] Lead can decrease the weight of testis in male rats and affect male reproductive function after controlling the effect of age and body weight by Meta-regression.
