How hospital specialty laboratory construction adapts to the socialist market economic system and patient-centered service needs is an important issue that needs to be studied and discussed in the new situation. Based on the characteristics of hematology and oncology, our hospital has established three professional laboratories for clinical pharmacology, immunology, and molecular biology, and has developed into a national clinical pharmacology base and a national biomedical analysis center.
