鼻咽癌80例放疗后的不良反应及临床干预处理

目的探索鼻咽癌患者放疗后不良反应的出现情况,并对相应临床治疗方法的疗效进行评价。方法选择2010年3月~2012年8月金华市中心医院行放射性治疗的鼻咽癌患者80例,观察其不良反应的发生情况;对典型的不良反应进行相应的处理,对治疗方法的临床效果进行评价。结果针对不良反应的特征,采取相应的临床干预治疗后,所有患者的不良反应症状均消除或显著改善。治疗2、4周时与治疗前相比,患者的口腔黏膜反应、张口困难、鼻腔黏膜反应、SCL-90量表得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论鼻咽癌接受放疗后的不良反应以口腔干燥症、鼻黏膜反应、张口困难等症状为主,中西结合手段、复健护理以及心理辅导等措施可显著改善放疗不良反应的症状,且具有高效、安全的特点,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the occurrence of adverse reactions of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy and to evaluate the curative effect of the corresponding clinical treatment. Methods Eighty patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy from March 2010 to August 2012 in Jinhua Central Hospital were enrolled in this study. The incidence of adverse reactions was observed. The typical adverse reactions were treated and the clinical effects Evaluation. Results According to the characteristics of adverse reactions, all the adverse reaction symptoms of patients were eliminated or significantly improved after taking the corresponding clinical interventions. At 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, there were significant differences in oral mucosa reaction, mouth opening difficulties, nasal mucosal response and SCL-90 scores between before and after treatment (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusions The adverse reactions of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy are mainly characterized by xerostomia, nasal mucosa reaction and mouth opening difficulties. The combination of Chinese and western methods, rehabilitation nursing and psychological counseling can significantly improve the adverse reactions of radiotherapy and have high efficiency , Safety features, it is worth clinical application.
