目的 观察立止血对家兔的止血效果 ,为该药的临床应用及研制类似产品提供可借鉴的资料。 方法 测定家兔静注立止血前、后的出血时间和凝血时间值 ,经统计学分析。 结果 静注立止血后所测不同时段 (测至 2 4 h)的出血时间、凝血时间均比注药前自身空白对照缩短 ,具阶段性。 结论 初步证实立止血具有高效、速效、长效、安全的作用特性 ,同时揭示立止血的止血功能具阶段性的特点
Objective To observe the hemostatic effect of Rhizoma Bletillae on rabbits and provide references for the clinical application of the drug and the development of similar products. Methods The bleeding time and clotting time before and after intravenous injection were measured in rabbits by statistical method. Results The bleeding time and clotting time measured at different time points after intravenous injection of antithrombotic blood (measured to 24 h) were shorter than those of the blank control before injection. Conclusion It is preliminary confirmed that the hemostasis has the characteristics of high efficiency, quick effect, long-term efficacy and safety. At the same time, the hemostatic function of hemostasis is revealed in stages
