According to the latest statistics, of the 6,399 state-owned and state-controlled large and medium-sized loss-making enterprises, 3463 households have now been exited, accounting for 52.5%. The reform of our state-owned enterprises has emerged a major turning point in the reform. A number of state-owned enterprises with fast turnover, high management level and good operating performance continued to emerge. Judging from the region, at present, there are 22 state-owned and state-controlled industrial enterprises in 22 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
