本文提出了以铬天青S和亚硝基R盐为混合显色剂,双波长分光光度法同时测定碳酸盐中铝和铁的新方法。该法基于在pH6的酸度下,Al(Ⅲ)—铬天青S和Fe(Ⅱ)—亚硝基R盐络合物吸收谱线之间部分重叠的特点,用等吸光点法,确定620nm和812.7nm、720nm和800nm分别为铝和铁的测量波长对,达到了在一份显色液中同时测定铝和铁的目的。方法简单、可靠。
In this paper, a new method of simultaneous determination of aluminum and iron in carbonate by dual-wavelength spectrophotometry with chromocyanin S and nitroso-R salt as chromogenic reagent was proposed. The method is based on the characteristic of partial overlap between the absorption spectra of Al (III) -chromoside S and Fe (II) -nitroso R salt complex at pH 6, And 812.7nm, 720nm and 800nm, respectively, for the measurement of aluminum and iron wavelength pairs, to achieve a color liquid in the determination of aluminum and iron purposes. The method is simple and reliable.
