青岛市位于山东半岛东南部,有耕地410多万亩,土壤大部分是棕壤土类、砂姜黑土类;少部分为河潮土、滨海潮土土属和盐土土类。1979年底结合土壤普查在上述几个土类上进行微肥肥效试验。其结果整理如下: 一、试验材料和方法土壤中微量元素含量测定是选用土壤普查中的耕层土样。硼的测定用甲亚胺-H酸比色法,钼用硫氰酸钼比色法,而锌、锰、铜则采用DTPA浸提,后用原子吸收分光光度计测定。
