目前,无损检测人员技术资格鉴定工作正在全国各地开展,根据当前无损检测人员的状况,二级人员担负着我国广大工厂生产检验第一线的日常检验工作,并对检验结果负责,因此,对二级人员进行资格鉴定是当前紧迫的任务。为使二级人员资格鉴定工作顺利开展,现将1982年7月29日中国机械工程学会无损检测学会资格鉴定委员会印发的三个有关的资格鉴定实施办法转载,供各地方学会遵照执行,并供有关单位参考。
