目的:探讨泌尿外科开展精细化护理的价值。方法:选取医院泌尿外科2015年3月~2016年10月收治的92例患者为研究对象,采用国际字母排序法进行分组,对照组46例实施常规护理,观察组46例实施精细化护理,比较两组的干预效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组服务态度评分、操作水平评分、沟通技巧评分、安全管理评分、总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精细化护理有助于提高泌尿外科护理质量,降低并发症风险,改善患者对护理服务的评价,提高医院良好形象。
Objective: To explore the value of intensive care in urology. Methods: Ninety-two patients admitted to Department of Urology from March 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups according to the international alphabetical order. The control group received routine nursing. 46 patients in the observation group received intensive care. Intervention effect of two groups. Results: The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The service attitude score, operation level score, communication skill score, safety management score and total score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) ; The total satisfaction rate of nursing group in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The intensive nursing helps to improve the quality of urological care, reduce the risk of complications, improve the evaluation of nursing service and improve the good image of the hospital.
