随着新课程标准施行,模块选项教学成为当前体育与健康课教学的主旋律,如何面对模块教学身体素质、运动技能等方面显著差异的学生进行教学,是体育教师必须面对的课题。近几年,我在高中男生排球模块教学中采用分层次教学模式,较好地解决了学生个体差异性问题,调动了各层次学生的学习积极性,大面积地提高学生的身体素质、运动技能,培养了团结、协作、顽强拼搏的意志品质,搭建了展示自我、发展个性的平台,满足了中学生求知、求乐、求趣的心理需求,是当前中学生比较喜爱的教学模式之一。
With the implementation of the new curriculum standards, the teaching of module options has become the main theme of the current teaching of physical education and health. How to deal with the significant differences between physical education and sports skills of the modules is a subject that physical education teachers must face. It is one of the most popular teaching modes for middle school students.
