目的探讨牵伸运动疗法对老年缺血性卒中患者预防骨质疏松的影响。方法 2009年7月~2012年1月在某院就诊的初诊缺血性卒中患者随机分为2组,实验组54人,男性28人,女性26人,平均年龄(72.2±7.6)岁;对照组46人,男性26人,女性20人,平均年龄(71.9±8.3)岁。实验组在常规治疗基础上进行牵伸运动,分别于住院时和治疗6周后进行骨密度检测。结果 (1)与同组治疗前比较,实验组治疗后骨密度较实验前差异无统计学意义,对照组治疗后L1、L4、颈和Wards三角骨密度较治疗前明显降低,P均﹤0.05。(2)2组治疗后差值比较,实验组L1、L4、颈和Wards三角骨密度差值明显低于对照组,P均﹤0.05。(3)治疗过程中,无肌肉扭伤、关节脱位、骨折等不良事件发生。结论牵伸运动对老年缺血性卒中患者的骨密度具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of draft exercise therapy on prevention of osteoporosis in elderly patients with ischemic stroke. Methods From July 2009 to January 2012, patients with newly diagnosed ischemic stroke admitted to a hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 54 in the experimental group, 28 males and 26 females, with an average age of (72.2 ± 7.6) years; controls Group 46 people, 26 males and 20 females, the average age (71.9 ± 8.3) years old. The experimental group was subjected to drafting exercises on the basis of routine treatment, and bone mineral density was measured at hospitalization and 6 weeks after treatment respectively. Results (1) There was no significant difference in BMD between experimental group and experimental group before treatment. The BMD of L1, L4, cervical and Wards triangle in the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05) . (2) The difference between the two groups after treatment, the experimental group L1, L4, cervical and Wards triangle bone mineral density difference was significantly lower than the control group, P <0.05. (3) During the treatment, no muscle sprain, joint dislocation, fracture and other adverse events occurred. Conclusion DRG has a protective effect on the bone mineral density in elderly patients with ischemic stroke.
