位于四川阿坝藏族自治区黑水县芦花镇三达古村境内的达古冰川,海拔3800～5100米,是第四纪冰河最盛时的一处大型平顶冰帽冰川,也是目前全球海拔最低、面积最大、年纪最轻的冰川,其中有三截形成亿年之久的冰川最为壮观。冰川景区面积119km2,还有众多的瀑布、雪峰、湖泊、森林、杜鹃、草甸和藏族风情,四季美景泾渭分明,是摄影旅游的好地方。景区内还有昌德雪山和达古雪山,1935年,中国工农红军近9万人
